We provided the engineered wood, the glulam, as well as the cross-laminated timber for 1,560 ft² (145 m²) per floor (two floors and the roof).
One of the greatest challenges were the limited job site, as well as a new product we used (the
NLVL composite slab). We focused a lot on the seismic effort in the stairwell.
