Structure Fusion provided the engineered wood, the glulam, as well as the cross-laminated timber (also known as CLT) for the extension project of the Jodoin Lamarre Pratte offices. The equivalent of 1,560 ft² (145 m²) per floor (two floors and the roof) was provided in wood by us.
One of the greatest challenges was the limited job site, as well as a new product we used (the NLVL composite slab). We focused a lot on the seismic effort in the stairwell as well.
